I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in brain injury, trauma, chronic illness, and grief. My path to this work is both professional and personal: before becoming a therapist, I spent much of my twenties navigating the isolating, often invisible experience of living with persistent concussion symptoms.

 

That experience fundamentally shaped the way that I practice. I understand what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself because of an injury others can't see. I know the fatigue that comes with having to constantly advocate within systems that weren’t designed with you in mind. And I’ve learned that meaningful healing goes beyond a treatment plan, beginning with feeling deeply seen, heard, and understood.
 

I bring that understanding to every client I work with, alongside my professional training as a clinical social worker, practicing therapist, and former high school teacher and coach. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience.
