Brain Injury Consultation Group for Therapists

For clinicians living and working with brain injury.

Led by Leah Heyman and Cait Ward - two therapists with lived experience of brain injury who also work with clients after brain injury - the group offers a unique space grounded in both clinical practice and personal experience. Groups are structured around peer support and clinical case consultation, with opportunities to connect with colleagues, share perspectives, and deepen understanding of brain injury and its impact on client lives.

We meet once a month for 75 minutes via Zoom.

This is a small, closed peer consultation group of independently licensed clinicians who have lived experience with brain injury. We are currently welcoming 4–6 additional clinicians to our monthly group!

Eligibility and next steps.

Please note that this group is open to independently licensed clinicians who have lived experience with brain injury. It is a peer consultation group, not a supervision group, so clinicians practicing under another professional’s license are not eligible to participate at this time.

Interested in joining? Fill out this short Google form, and Leah or Cait will reach out to set up a brief call to ensure we're a good mutual fit!
